Time Away

Paid Time Off (PTO) is a vital component of our employee total rewards program, designed to promote work-life balance and employee well-being. PTO allows employees to take time away from work for various reasons.

You will be eligible to participate in the company’s Paid Time Off program upon hire. Benefits Eligible Employees accrue time off throughout the year, but you can borrow against future earned time. You earn more PTO for years of service.

Enjoy your Birthday!

Eligible employees receive one paid day off per calendar year in celebration of their birthday. This day can be used at any point during the year.

Maternity Leave*

Eligible employees can take up to 10 consecutive weeks of time off, paid at 100% of eligible compensation for childbirth.

*For Maternity Leave, you must be employed with the Firm for at least 12 months and have worked 1,250 hours during the 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date leave begins.

Parental/Bonding Leave*

The Firm provides Parental/Bonding leave to bond with, foster or adopt a child. You may take up to 2 weeks of leave at 100% of eligible compensation.

* For Parental/Bonding Leave, you must be employed with the Firm for at least 12 months and have worked 1,250 hours during the 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date leave begins.

Bereavement

Full-time employees may receive up to 4 days of bereavement per calendar year for personal needs arising from the death of a loved one.

Company Holidays

The Firm follows the NYSE holiday schedule and provides 10 paid holidays per year for regular, full-time employees.
