Enrolling in Benefits
Employees classified as regular “Full Time” employees are eligible to enroll in the benefits outlined in your Total Rewards Guide. Full-time employees are those who work 32 or more hours per week. Part-time employees who work 30 hours per week are eligible for medical insurance only.
Eligible Dependents
With respect to certain health and welfare benefits, you may be able to enroll your eligible dependents:
- Your lawful Spouse
- Your eligible domestic partner
- Your children and those of your properly established domestic partner through the end of the month in which they turn 26
How to Make Changes
The choices you make during your enrollment period will remain in effect for the entire 2025 calendar year unless you experience a life-changing qualifying event. You must update any elections within 30 days of the date of the qualified event in order to make changes to your coverage during the plan year.
Some examples of a Qualified Life Event include:
- Marriage, divorce, or legal separation
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent
- Change in employment status (such as Part Time to Full Time employment)
- Change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
